U.S. Highway 195 is a spur of U.S. Highway 95. It currently runs for 95 miles (153 km) from Spokane, Washington at Interstate 90 to Lewiston, Idaho at U.S. Highway 95. It passes through the states of Washington and Idaho.

US 195 begins in Spokane, a busy city. It quickly leaves the city and becomes a highway going through Eastern Washington's desert. Then it intersects with Washington State Route 23 , a road going to St. John. It then intersects with Washington State Route 270 , a road that goes to Moscow and Pullman, Idaho . It ends at U.S. Highway 95 and enters Idaho on the ramps.
