The Rembrandts are a band, famous for the song "I'll Be There for You," the theme for the popular sitcom Friends. It reached #17 on the U.S. Billboard charts, despite never being released as a single. They also had an earlier hit, "That's Just the Way It Is, Baby" in 1990. The band members are Phil Solem and Danny Wilde .
They had disbanded in 1997, but reunited in 2000 and recorded a new album called "lost together"
They are currently recording a new album to be released this spring.
