Terry Wayne Adams (born March 6, 1973 in Mobile, Alabama) is a Major League Baseball middle relief pitcher who plays with the Philadelphia Phillies (2005). Previously, Adams played for the Chicago Cubs (1995-99), Los Angeles Dodgers (2000-01), Philadelphia Phillies (2002-03), Toronto Blue Jays (2004) and Boston Red Sox (2004). He bats and throws right-handed.
In a ten-year career, Adams has compiled a 51-60 record with 687 strikeouts, a 4.04 ERA, and 42 saves in 856 innings.
