Studio IronCat (formely I.C. Entertainment) is a small publishing company in the United States dedicated to publication of comics. The company is most known for its sale of MegaTokyo, a prominent online comic.

On January 28, 2005, Studio IronCat closed operations and made a statement regarding this matter in their website forums.
