The Counts of San Paolino d'Aquilejo.
The title was created in 1819 to Dr Carlo Antonio Bonavita JUD by King Ferdinand I of Two Sicilies. The direct line dying in 1975 with the 6th Count, succession to the 6th Count sister's grandson as the present title holder.
The title is limited to male to male descendants of the Vella-Bonavita and the Bonavita descendants of the 1st Count.
