The San Francisco season of The Real World first aired on MTV in 1994. In the third edition of the popular reality series, seven strangers were chosen to live in a house at 953 Lombard Street in San Francisco, California, one block away from the famous twisty section of Lombard Street.

The Real World San Francisco is considered the most recognizable because of Pedro's life with HIV/AIDS during his stay at the house and Puck, who is asked to leave the house before the end of the season.
