Sambyeolcho 三別抄 (also Sampyol'cho; literally "Three Special Unit") were the most powerful military force of Korea during the Goryeo Dynasty.
They were private armies of the Choe family. They battled the Mongols and were defeated at Jindo (珍島). Remnants of the Sampyocho retreated to Jeju (濟州).
