Rurouni: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story is the collective name for two manga short stories published by Nobuhiro Watsuki in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Special magazine.
The two short stories predate Watsuki's most famous work, Rurouni Kenshin, and are seen as a prototype for the story.
Both short stories are published in English by Viz; the first is in Rurouni Kenshin Volume 1, and the second is in Rurouni Kenshin Volume 3.
