Ribagorza is one of the historical Aragonese counties of Spain, corresponding with the present-day counties of Sobrarbe and Pallars. Its territory was the valleys of the rivers Esera , Isabena , and Noguera Ribagorzana .
The historical capital was Benabarre. Currently, however, Barbastro has taken precedence as the main center of the area.
