Rashid ibn Ahmad Al Mu'alla (born in 1930) is the current amir of Umm Al Qaiwain. He has reigned since 1981, when he succeeded his father, H.H. Sheikh Sheikh Ahmad ibn Rashid Al Mu`alla .
