Rando Animals is a web based virtual pet system. The basic concept behind Rando Animals is simple. After the habitats of many animals were destroyed, the animals that lived there were forced to evolve, and in just a few decades they went from ordinary animals to super evolved versions with better abilities for living in their new home.
One example of this is Serpoflare . Believed to have lived in the desert but due to global warming and the rain which turned its desert home into a flood plain, it was forced to seek refuge near an active volcano. There gradually over time many of the snakes began to live nearer and nearer to the lava flows and eventually they evolved to cope with the extreme heat and have such hard skin they can dive into the lava flows when it is in liquid form. Now those snakes are known as Serpoflare dependent on the hot lava to keep their body temperature up, they set fire to their tails in order to light the inflammable gases they breathe to kill prey.
Other examples of this are the much more well known, Arctofox and Mewso . Mewsos live in dense rainforests and can climb better than any other Rando Animal . They are also very fast and incredibly agile. Arctofox 's huge tail can insolate it even in temperatures reaching -180 degrees Celsius.
The only down side to this strategy is that now many Rando Animals are on the verge of extinction and live only in isolated colonies in small areas.
Many new Rando Animals are found all the time as scientists struggle to understand the ways in which they live.
Although this is all fictitous the site also includes games and activities for members to enjoy as well as things like chat.
