Prince George of Yugoslavia

Crown Prince George of Yugoslavia, Đorđe Karađorđević (August 27, 1887October 17, 1972) was the older brother of Alexander I of Yugoslavia, son of Peter I, King of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and Princess Ljubica (Zorka) of Montenegro.

George Crown Prince of Serbia, from 1929 styled HRH Prince George of Yugoslavia, was born at Rijeka. He was the recipient of the Grand Cross Orders of Star of Karageorge, the White Eagle, and Saint Sava. He died in Belgrade.

He renounced his rights as Heir Apparent and his titles and privileges as Crown Prince of Serbia and holder of the Order of Saint Prince Lazarus at Belgrade on March 15, 1909.


His Royal Highness Prince George of Yugoslavia, second son of the late Prince Tomislav of Yugoslavia, was born on May 25, 1984 at The Portland Hospital in London. He is currently at University in the north of Scotland.
