Sir Philip Gordon Dunn, 2nd Baronet Dunn (born October 26, 1905 - died June 20, 1976), was a British businessman.
He was the second child and first son of the wealthy Canadian financier James Hamet Dunn, 1st Baronet Dunn (1874-1956) and Gertrude Paterson Price.
In 1933, Philip Gordon Dunn married Lady Mary Sybil St. Clair-Erskine with whom he had two daughters:
1) Serena Mary , (born April 28 1934)
2) Nell Mary (born June 9, 1936)
His eldest daughter, Serena Mary Dunn, married Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild.
