Phil Devey (born May 31, 1977 in Lachute, Quebec) is a Canadian baseball pitcher. He is a graduate of the University of Southwest Louisiana . He plays for the Long Island Ducks and was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was part of Team Canada in the 2004 Summer Olympics who finished in fourth place.
