The disc is surrounded by two golden panicles of wheat, and a red flag with the word 'Lenin' in Russian (Ле́нин). a Red Star is placed on the left, and a Hammer and Sickle emblem at the bottom, also colored in red. It is unclear whether or not his actions will fit the criteria of the Order or Captain Ramius was bestowed the Order. However, by the looks of this photo [3], Ramius is wearing the Order ribbon, thus he has been bestowed the Order before.
