Built in 1989, One Worldwide Plaza is a two-building complex located in Manhattan in New York City. Located on the west side of Eighth Avenue, One Worldwide Plaza is built on the site of New York City's third Madison Square Garden. It is a mixed-use residential and commercial building. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
