Obock district is a district (cercle) in Djibouti. Its capital is Obock. Other major cities and towns include Khor Angar . The district borders Eritrea to the north, the Djiboutian district of Tadjoura district to the south-west and the Red Sea/Bab el Mandeb/Gulf of Aden to the east/south-east.
There are many salt-lakes around the districts coast. The We'ima Wenz River runs along part of the districts border with Eritrea.
