Mount Humphreys is a peak in the Sierra Nevada (Inyo County, California, USA). It is the highest peak in the area of Bishop, California. The mountain was named by the California Geological Survey of 1873 after Andrew Humphreys , the chief engineer of the United States Army at the time.

Mount Humphreys should not be confused with Humphreys Peak, the highest point in Arizona.
