Mark Eyking (born August 30, 1960 in Sydney, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian politician.
Eyking is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Sydney--Victoria since 2000. Eyking is a former farmer. He currently serves as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food with special emphasis on Agri-Food.
