List of Trotskyist internationals

This is a list of the many Trotskyist international tendencies. Some claim to be the original Fourth International or to be refounding, reorganising it and so forth. There is also considerable overlap between the various tendencies with some being within others. Certain tendencies which claim to be Trotskyist make no attempt to claim any relationship to the Fourth International in an organisational sense and argue that it no longer exists. Others argue that the title "Fourth International" is so discredited that a Fifth International must be built. The various tendencies listed here range in size from those having thousands of adherents internationally to tendencies which can barely claim a hundred.
