On the animated series The Simpsons, Lester and Eliza are lookalikes of Bart and Lisa, respectively. They appear only in the episode The Day the Violence Died, in which Itchy and Scratchy is taken off the air due to a legal dispute. In this episode, Bart and Lisa think of a way to save the show, but are beaten to it by Lester and Eliza (previously unseen on The Simpsons). Lester is acknowledged to be Krusty the Clown's most loyal fan, a distinction usually held by Bart.
In addition, Lester and Eliza were able to help Apu with a legal problem (presumably charges of indecent exposure):

It should be noted that Lester and Eliza look very much like Bart and Lisa from the early Simpsons shorts, before the show became a series.
Lester and Eliza are alter egos of Bart and Lisa and perhaps their greatest rivals. It is unclear whether they are perhaps related to Baby Gerald, a baby with a unibrow who is Maggie's archnemesis.
