Junia Lepida was a descendent of Caesar Augustus and the younger sister of Junia Calvina.
She married Gaius Cassius Longinus. Cassius was a person with remarkable ancestral wealth. They had raised their nephew Lucius Junius Silanus Torquatus, who's father was murdered by Agrippina the Younger. In 66 AD, Lepida's husband and nephew were expelled from Rome by Nero. Cassius was deported to Sardinia where he died of natural causes. Lepida was accused by Nero of black magic and incest with her nephew. Her fate afterwards is not known.
