Jak II is a video game for the Sony PlayStation 2 developed by Naughty Dog. It is the sequel to and the second game in the Jak and Daxter trilogy. It was released on October 14, 2003.
Jak II is drastically different from its kid-friendly predescessor. It contains mild language, sexual jokes, characters becoming drunk, giant guns, and the ability to kill innocent townspeople in Haven City. The change may have been made because many people found The Precursor Legacy childish and immature.
