ISO 3166-2:CZ

ISO 3166-2:CZ is an ISO standard which defines geocodes: it is the subset of ISO 3166-2 which applies to the Czech Republic. It covers the 14 Regions of the Czech Republic.

Each two-part code consists of the ISO 3166-1 code for the Czech Republic (CZ) and a 2-character (alphabetic) subcode, hyphenated together.

'J' in 'jiho' stands for south.
