Hyde Park Corner

Hyde Park Corner is a place in London, England, at the south-east corner of Hyde Park. It is near a major intersection of the same name, between Park Lane, Knightsbridge, Piccadilly, Grosvenor Place , and Constitution Hill. The closest tube station is Hyde Park Corner.

Features there include the Monument to the Cavalry of the Empire, Boy and Dolphin, a statue of Byron, Queen Elizabeth Gate, Wellington Arch, the Royal Artillery Memorial and Hyde Park Corner Screen.

It was also used as a code to announce to the Government the death of King George VI in 1952.
