Hongkong Post (香港郵政, Xiānggǎng Yóuzhèng) (formerly Royal Hongkong Post) is a department under the Hong Kong government, but it is operated as a trading fund .
Its head is Postmaster General. It makes its income by postal delivery, and selling of special stamps. It also offer a Speedpost service.
It also offers digital certificates to people from Hong Kong.
