Hampstead tube station

Hampstead tube station is a London Underground station in Hampstead village in north London.

The station is on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line, between Golders Green and Belsize Park stations, and on the boundary between Travelcard Zone 2 and Zone 3. The station opened on the 22nd June 1907, and is the deepest London Undergound stations at 58.5 metres or 192 feet below ground level.

Nearby train stations are West Hampstead railway station and Hampstead Heath railway station, the former being conected to the Jubilee Line and Silverlink.
