Grandmaster Ratte' (formerly known as Swamp Rat and then Swamp Ratte' ) is one of the founders of the CULT OF THE DEAD COW hacker group, along with Franken Gibe and Sid Vicious.
Ratte' is the former SysOp of Demon Roach Underground BBS, the cDc "base system."
He is known for his theatrics during cDc presentations at hacker cons.
