Faith is a fictional character who first appeared in JLA #69 (October 2002).
Faith was inducted into the JLA on the recommendation of Batman during the "Obsidian Age" series. Little is known of Faith's origins. She has connections to the American military, and has met Batman in the past, impressing him enough to make her one of his choices for the League when the current membership was lost. Her abilities include flight, command of powerful energy and the ability to inspire trust in those around her.
