Dikhil district is a district (cercle) in Djibouti. Its capital is Dikhil . Other major cities and towns include As Ela , Galafi and Yoboki . The district borders the Djiboutian district of Tadjoura district to the north, Ethiopia to the west/south, the Gulf of Tadjoura to the north and the Djiboutian districts of Djibouti district and 'Ali Sabih district to the east. The district contains part of Lake Abhe Bad , which it shares with Ethiopia.
