Debbe Dunning is an American actress best known for playing Heidi the Tool Time girl on the TV sitcom, Home Improvement. She has also appeared on various TV shows and movies, including 1988's Dangerous Curves (in which she was credited as "Debra Dunning") and Baywatch (1989-2001).
