Creampie is an alternative to the money shot in pornographic movies. Instead of the man ejaculating onto his partner, he ejaculates inside his partner's vagina or anus at the conclusion of a sexual act. Usually, the camera will zoom in on the woman's vagina or anus (wherever the semen was deposited) as the male performer removes his penis from the recipient, allowing the audience to observe the semen as it leaks out.
There are whole series of pornographic movies that center on these activities. Depending on the theme of the production, the woman will probe the semen with her fingers, stand, or squat vertically so that gravity can help. In some situations the creampie will either be eaten by the female, another female, or the male. This is referred to as felching.
Fans of this sexual practice claim that since most intercourse results in ejaculation into the receptive partner, there is a "natural" attraction to it.
Getting creampied also refers to getting hit in the face in a slapstick manner with a cream pie.
