Communist League (Kommunistische Bund), was a pro-China communist group in Austria. KB was founded in 1976.
The first congress of KB was held in January 1978. Walter Lindner was elected as the Central Committee Secretary.
KB published Klassenkampf (daily) and Kommunist (monthly).
KB strongly opposed the Soviet Union, denouncing it as "social-imperialist". KB organized rallies outside the Soviet embassy in Vienna.
In 1980 KB split into two factions, which both continued to use the name KB.
