Chris Klein (born March 14 1979 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is a United States actor best known for his roles in American Pie, Election, and Here on Earth .
In early 2004 he became engaged to Katie Holmes, as of early 2005 the engagement was broken off.
In February 2005, Klein was arrested for drunk driving and a
misdemeanor account.
