Charlotte Pass is a location and ski resort in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, Australia.
Charlotte Pass is the place where the Kosciuszko Road crosses Kangaroo Ridge. The Road now terminates at the pass, because the last 10 kilometers leading to Mount Kosciuszko have been closed for environmental reasons.
The Charlotte Pass village lies on the eastern side of the pass. It is the oldest and highest ski resort in Australia. The Kosciuszko Chalet is a hotel originally built about 1900. In winter, the village is isolated and can only be accessed by snowmobile from Perisher Blue lies about 8 kilometers to the east.
