Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue is an animated drug prevention video starring many popular animated characters, including Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny, Alf, and others.

The video, produced for and distributed by McDonald's, started off with an introduction from then-President Bush, and the First Lady.
