Cabbage Head was a character from the Canadian sketch comedy series The Kids in the Hall, played by Bruce McCulloch. His most distinguishing characteristic was that instead of hair, he had cabbage leaves. He also always smoked cigars and wore a red bathrobe (a la Hugh Hefner). He held very sexist viewpoints, and spent most of his time trying to pick up women for sex. In one episode, he was shot in the head at a bar by an anti-sexism crusader (also played by McCulloch) and had a near-death experience; in this experience he saw God, who said he created Cabbage Head in his image, at which point God is revealed to have a cabbage for a head. Later we see Cabbage Head on a Christian talk show talking about his miraculous survival.
