Mr. John Williston (Bud) Bird (born March 22, 1932) is the former mayor of Fredericton, New Brunswick, and conservative Member of Parliament, who served as Minister of Natural Resources in the Mulroney government. Mr. Bird was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2001.
