Blythe Hartley

Blythe Hartley (born May 2, 1982 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian diver. She began diving at age 12, and attends the University of Southern California. She won the gold at the world championships in the 1 m springboard in Fukuoka, Japan in 2001, and won a bronze in the 2003 World Championships in 3 m springboard in Barcelona, Spain. Her best finish at the 2000 Summer Olympics was in 3 m Springboard Synchro where she finished 5th. She won her first olympic medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics where she won a bronze with partner Emilie Heymans in the Synchronized 10 m Platform event.
