The Barons of San Paolino.
The Barony of San Paolino was created in 1683 in Sicily to a Matteo de Ribera. Through the succession and intermarriages, the title was joint with the Maltese Barony of Benuarrad, until the direct line was succeeded by a female. Thus Italian are now limited to male to male succession since 1926. The Attard-Montalto family and any male to male descendants of the Montalto de Ribera and the De Ribera male descendants can succeed this Italian title.
- (Limited to Males to Male descendants) Titled: Dr John Attard Montalto LL.D, MP. as the 11th Baron of San Paolino.
- Heir-next Male: (his second cousin) Paul Attard Montalto as Baroncino di San Paolino
