Aram Chobanian is the president ad interim of Boston University. Dr. Chobanian is also a cardiologist and was the Dean of the BU school of medicine before accepting the intermin position in 2003. He is the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Hypertension of the American Heart Association.
