Angelique Pettyjohn (1943-1992) was an American actress. She appeared in some TV shows in the 1960's and 1970's including Get Smart and Star Trek. Then her career turned downwards and she performed in several porn films under the name Heaven St. John . She rehabilitated herself in Mike Jittlov's film The Wizard of Speed and Time, playing an assistant to a movie executive.
