Al Weiss is the President of the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. He took up the occupation in the early 1990s, and has overseen the opening of Disney's Animal Kingdom and the expansion of Downtown Disney.
Weiss currently resides in Kissimmee, Florida with his wife and three sons, but has a small house in the Resort hidden behind the Disney-MGM Studios. Weiss started his career with Walt Disney World as a Pirates of the Caribbean ride operator at the Magic Kingdom.
